4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

89hi's welcome bonus gives up to 150% up to 200,000 Ks on your first deposit. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you 50,000 Ks total; the 30,000 Ks bonus must be wagered × 25 times = 750,000 Ks before it can be withdrawn.

Deposit 280,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving you 480,000 Ks total; the 200,000 Ks bonus must be wagered × 25 times = 5,000,000 Ks before it can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus amount × 25 times wagering requirement is met. Your deposit amount (excluding the bonus) can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.

Bonus Violations

A bonus may be forfeited if any of the following is found—

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly (multi-accounting).
Placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from the bonus (arbitrage betting).
Self-wagering to meet requirements without genuine play (bonus abuse).
Using betting patterns that go against the bonus terms and conditions.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Service Disruptions

Language

These terms and conditions are written in the Myanmar language, and the Myanmar language version is considered the official governing text. In the event of any language discrepancy, the Myanmar language version takes precedence.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect without being affected by that finding.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between 89hi and the user. This agreement supersedes all prior commitments, understandings or negotiations (including verbal communications).
